All Sales Are Final

Because every StoryKiddo book is a custom-made, personalized product created specifically for your child, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun. This applies to all orders regardless of the reason.

Why We Have This Policy

Each book is uniquely manufactured to order — your child's name, photo, and personalization details are embedded into every page. Once production starts, the book cannot be resold, reused, or returned to inventory. This is standard practice for all custom-printed products.

We strongly encourage you to review your personalization details carefully on the preview page before completing your purchase. Our preview feature exists specifically so you can see exactly how your book will look before you pay.

What We Will Fix — Free of Charge

While we cannot offer refunds, we stand behind the quality of our product. If your book arrives with any of the following issues caused by us, we will reprint and reship your book at no additional cost:

  • Damaged or defective book (torn pages, broken binding, water damage from shipping)
  • Printing error (significant colour distortion, missing pages, blurry printing)
  • Wrong name printed due to a system error on our end
  • Book never arrived (lost in transit — confirmed with tracking)

To report an issue, please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damage or defect

What We Cannot Accommodate

We are unable to offer reprints or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after placing an order
  • Dissatisfaction with the AI cartoonization style (the preview is shown before purchase)
  • Incorrect name or details entered by the customer during checkout
  • Poor photo quality that affects the cartoonization result (photo tips are provided during upload)
  • Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet entered production. Once production has begun (typically within a few hours of ordering), cancellation is no longer possible.
